Please read carefully before proceeding. By booking a dumpster rental with Executive Dumpsters, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Rental Period & Scheduling
- •Base rental includes 3 days.
- •Each additional day is $10/day, up to 14 days maximum (based on availability).
- •Delivery Window (Customer Agreement): By booking, you agree that deliveries are scheduled in a three (3) hour window. This is a best-effort estimate and not guaranteed. Traffic, site conditions, weather, and safety may affect exact timing.
- •Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time. After that window, reschedules are not available. When you reschedule, your original time slot is released and may not be available again.
- •Cancellations: You may cancel 48+ hours before the scheduled drop-off time with no fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of drop-off will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. If the dumpster has already been dispatched or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Pricing and Rates
- •All rates are flat unless otherwise specified.
- •Rentals begin at the time of drop-off.
- •Early pickup requests: Call (910) 601-1220. No discounts apply for early pickups.
- •Dumpster swaps: $360 plus applicable tonnage and overage fees.
Tonnage and Fees
- •1 ton (2,000 lbs) is included. Additional weight is billed at $0.04 per pound.
- •Dry run fee: If delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to blocked or unsafe access, a mileage fee of $3.00/mile from 4431 Richlands Hwy, Jacksonville, NC will apply.
- •Lost or stolen parts (chocks, pins, wiring): $50 each.
- •Overfilling fee: $100 if contents rise above the top rim. Excess items will be removed on site.
- •Damage to the container will be billed at current market rates. Receipts provided.
- •Level loading is required for safe transport.
Overloading Policy
Do not overload dumpsters with heavy materials such as brick, rock, dirt, or concrete. If the container cannot be lifted due to weight, a dry run fee ($3.00/mile both ways) will be charged and a second container may be required at full price for offloading.
Prohibited Items – Fines Apply
A $50 fine per item will be charged if the following are found at the landfill:
- •Oil, oil filters, gasoline
- •Lead-acid batteries
- •Antifreeze
- •Propane tanks
- •Tires
- •Flammable liquids, solvents, glues
- •Hazardous chemicals or materials
- •Paint or aerosol cans (unless fully emptied)
- •Brick, rock, concrete, or dirt (without prior approval)
Disclaimer – Property Access & Damage
By continuing, you confirm:
- •Access provided can support heavy trucks and equipment.
- •Executive Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to pavement, driveways, septic systems, lawns, or other property features.
- •Executive Dumpsters is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe behavior around the dumpster.
- •Executive Dumpsters is not responsible for lost personal items placed in the dumpster.
- •Rust or stains caused by rain runoff are not our responsibility.
- •Executive Dumpsters does not warranty or endorse third-party compaction services.
Liability & Indemnification
- •Customer assumes full responsibility for all contents placed in the dumpster, including prohibited or hazardous items.
- •Customer is responsible for the dumpster at all times, even if unauthorized persons place items in it.
- •Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Executive Dumpsters, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the customer's use, loading, or possession of the dumpster.
- •Delivery and pickup times are approximate. Executive Dumpsters is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our control.
- •Customer must provide safe and unobstructed access for delivery and removal. Any penalties, towing costs, or remediation expenses due to blocked access or overweight loads are the customer's responsibility.
- •Executive Dumpsters makes no warranties regarding disposal sites and is not liable for additional fees or restrictions imposed by them.
Chargeback Waiver
- •By proceeding with this rental, you acknowledge that all charges are valid and authorized. You agree not to dispute or initiate any chargebacks with your card issuer for services rendered, rental fees, or related charges.
- •Any attempt at a chargeback will be considered a breach of this agreement.
- •In the event of a chargeback, you remain liable for all fees, including collection costs, legal fees, and any additional penalties imposed by the payment processor.
